- All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer several shipping options for your convenience. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at the checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: DHL 
  • International Shipping: DHL

    - We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or other import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    - If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
